The Associate Director, Global Category Sourcin role at Boston, Massachusetts is responsible to execute assigned shop-floor or departmental activities as per approved SOPs and safety requirements in Global Procurement. Responsibilities include recruitment or employee lifecycle support, attendance and statutory coordination, employee relations, documentation, grievance handling and maintaining discipline, communication and HR compliance. Candidates should have BA/BS in Operations, Finance, Business, /MBA and CPSM Certification with relevant exposure to the role. The candidate must maintain proper documentation, follow SOPs, support audits, coordinate with cross-functional teams and contribute to quality, safety, productivity and compliance targets.
