EHS Manager

Job description

Responsible for leading the Environmental, Health & Safety function at the Greenwood manufacturing site. The role includes ensuring full regulatory compliance through audits, risk assessments, inspections, and incident investigations while developing and implementing EHS policies, procedures, and training programs. The manager will drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety performance, reduce workplace incidents, emissions, and waste, and strengthen overall safety culture across the site. Responsibilities also include overseeing emergency response planning, business continuity, and acting as the site expert for regulatory requirements while coordinating with external agencies. The role requires strong leadership skills to manage teams, influence site-wide safety behavior, analyze operational hazards, and implement effective risk controls in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
