Job description

The Head / Manager role at Baddi, Himachal Pradesh is responsible to lead the overall function, define strategy, manage teams and ensure business outcomes in QC. Responsibilities include sampling, testing and reporting of raw materials, in-process, finished product or stability samples using approved methods, instruments and documentation practices while ensuring data integrity and laboratory compliance. Candidates should have M.Sc / M.Pharm with relevant exposure to the role. The candidate must maintain proper documentation, follow SOPs, support audits, coordinate with cross-functional teams and contribute to quality, safety, productivity and compliance targets.
