Job description

Responsible for leading and managing the site training function within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The role involves designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive training programs for employees across Operations, Warehouse, Quality, Regulatory, and Laboratory departments. The Supervisor � Training ensures that all personnel are properly trained in GMP, SOPs, safety, and company procedures to maintain compliance and operational excellence.
