The Global Transformation Lead for Indirect Procurement role at Basel, Switzerland is responsible to manage daily operations, guide team members, drive execution and ensure timely delivery of departmental objectives in Global Indirect Procurement / Business Transformation. Responsibilities include recruitment or employee lifecycle support, attendance and statutory coordination, employee relations, documentation, grievance handling and maintaining discipline, communication and HR compliance. Candidates should have Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Supply Chain with relevant exposure to the role. The candidate must maintain proper documentation, follow SOPs, support audits, coordinate with cross-functional teams and contribute to quality, safety, productivity and compliance targets.
