Job description

The HR Trainee / Executive role at Gujarat is responsible to support routine departmental activities, learn approved procedures and execute assigned tasks under supervision in Human Resources. Responsibilities include recruitment or employee lifecycle support, attendance and statutory coordination, employee relations, documentation, grievance handling and maintaining discipline, communication and HR compliance. Candidates should have Postgraduate in HR / Any Discipline with relevant exposure to the role. The candidate must maintain proper documentation, follow SOPs, support audits, coordinate with cross-functional teams and contribute to quality, safety, productivity and compliance targets.
