Maintenance Manager

Job description

The Maintenance Manager role at Tuas Singapore is responsible to manage daily operations, guide team members, drive execution and ensure timely delivery of departmental objectives in Engineering. Responsibilities include preventive and breakdown maintenance, utility/HVAC or equipment support, qualification activities, engineering documentation, spare coordination and ensuring safe, reliable and compliant plant operations. Candidates should have B.E./B.Tech with relevant exposure to the role. The candidate must maintain proper documentation, follow SOPs, support audits, coordinate with cross-functional teams and contribute to quality, safety, productivity and compliance targets.
