The Head of Global Marketing role at Basel, Switzerland is responsible to lead the overall function, define strategy, manage teams and ensure business outcomes in Global Marketing / Commercial Strategy. Responsibilities include managing customer or market portfolios, driving sales/commercial plans, coordinating with internal stakeholders, tracking performance, supporting product strategy and building strong relationships with healthcare or business partners. Candidates should have Bachelor's degree required; MBA, MSc, Life Sciences with relevant exposure to the role. The candidate must maintain proper documentation, follow SOPs, support audits, coordinate with cross-functional teams and contribute to quality, safety, productivity and compliance targets.
