Job description

Responsible for supervising, planning, organizing, and evaluating all activities within the Chemistry Laboratory in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The role ensures timely completion of analytical testing, compliance with quality systems, and adherence to regulatory standards including FDA, GLP, cGMP, USP, and Ph. Eur. guidelines. The Supervisor � Chemistry is responsible for maintaining laboratory workflow efficiency, enforcing testing standards, reviewing documentation, and ensuring data integrity across all laboratory operations.
