Job description

The Senior Key Account Associate / Key Account Executive (Rare Disease) role at North Point, Eastern, Hong Kong, China is responsible to execute assigned shop-floor or departmental activities as per approved SOPs and safety requirements in Key Account Management. Responsibilities include managing customer or market portfolios, driving sales/commercial plans, coordinating with internal stakeholders, tracking performance, supporting product strategy and building strong relationships with healthcare or business partners. Candidates should have Bachelor�s Degree in Any Discipline; Science with relevant exposure to the role. The candidate must maintain proper documentation, follow SOPs, support audits, coordinate with cross-functional teams and contribute to quality, safety, productivity and compliance targets.
