Job description

Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and programs to ensure a safe and compliant workplace. Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions. Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations, international standards, and company requirements. Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, perform root cause analyses, and prepare detailed reports. Deliver HSE training and awareness programs to employees and contractors, monitor safety performance metrics, and prepare periodic management reports. Coordinate emergency preparedness plans and drills, collaborate with regulatory authorities and external auditors, and support continuous improvement initiatives related to workplace health and safety. Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills are essential.
