Job description

The Supervisor role at Jammu (Bari Brahmana) is responsible to supervise shift activities, coordinate manpower, monitor compliance and support smooth departmental operations in Manufacturing for OSD. Responsibilities include manufacturing, filling, packing or process operations as applicable, equipment operation, BMR/BPR documentation, yield monitoring, line clearance support and strict adherence to GMP, safety and production schedules. Candidates should have B.Pharma with relevant exposure to the role. The candidate must maintain proper documentation, follow SOPs, support audits, coordinate with cross-functional teams and contribute to quality, safety, productivity and compliance targets.
