Job description

The Officer role at Vadodara is responsible to handle day-to-day departmental responsibilities and ensure accurate, compliant and timely execution of assigned work in EHS (Environment, Health & Safety). Responsibilities include recruitment or employee lifecycle support, attendance and statutory coordination, employee relations, documentation, grievance handling and maintaining discipline, communication and HR compliance. Candidates should have M.Sc. (Environmental Science) / B.Sc. (Fire & Safety) with relevant exposure to the role. The candidate must maintain proper documentation, follow SOPs, support audits, coordinate with cross-functional teams and contribute to quality, safety, productivity and compliance targets.
