Project Associate

Job description

The Manufacturing Project Associate supports cross-functional manufacturing operations by managing and contributing to improvement projects across Manufacturing, MSAT, and Quality teams. The role involves supporting process improvements, assisting with deviation and investigation activities, reviewing batch manufacturing records, and ensuring accurate documentation in compliance with GMP standards. The associate also helps implement equipment and process changes, tracks key performance indicators (KPIs), and supports commissioning and operational readiness activities. Additionally, the role requires strong coordination with multiple teams to ensure smooth project execution, adherence to timelines, and continuous improvement in biologics manufacturing operations while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
